 Our coaches are licensed mental health professionals offering you the best of both worlds. The coaching relationship is a modality for someone who is looking to make strides towards direct personal goals without the requirement of insurance mandates for treatment or the use of the traditional medical model of practice.    

Consulting: Our team can support you in leadership development, staff management, teambuilding and morale, practice development and CARF/JACHO accreditation. 

Supervision: Our team members are approved supervisors through the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners and Maryland Board of Professional Counselors. We are able to provide individual and group supervision.
